About the panellist
↗️ Dr. Davide Castiglione (Alessandria, Italy, 1985) is an Associate Professor of Stylistics at Vilnius University and the former recipient of an EU-funded post-doc fellowship (2020-2022).
↗️ He received his doctorate at the University of Nottingham in 2016 with a dissertation reworked into a book and published with the title Difficulty in Poetry: A Stylistic Model (Palgrave, 2019).
↗️ He has published articles on the style and poetics of poetry in international, peer-reviewed journals, and has recently co-edited a collection of essays on contemporary Italian poet Cristina Annino (1941-2022).
↗️ He is also the author of three poetry collections in Italian, and some of his poems have been translated into Lithuanian.
